Peachy Palate's Greens Boosted Yoghurt Bowl with Homespun Quinoa Crunch

“There is no need for us to ever get stuck in a rut when it comes to healthy breakfast ideas thanks to all the amazing additional powders and wonderful superfoods now available to enhance the basics. Here I’ve blended yoghurt with chia seeds, greens powder and Homespun Quinoa Crunch (Goji berry, Cashew and Coconut flavor) to make for a satisfying and incredibly nutrient dense breakfast bowl.”

Ingredients:

  • 150g natural yoghurt (dairy / non-dairy)

  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup or honey if using unsweetened natural yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp (10g) pea or brown rice protein

  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds (use milled if you don’t have a high speed blender)

  • 1 tbsp (10g) greens powder of choice

  • 2 - 3 tbsp (30 -45ml) milk of choice

  • 20g Homespun Quinoa Crunch Gojiberry, Cashew and Coconut

  • 1 generous handful of your fresh fruit of choice for topping

Method:

  1. Blend together all ingredients for yoghurt bowl in a high speed blender or NutriBullet.

  2. Start with 2 tbsp milk and add more if necessary. The amount needed will depend on the protein powder used.

  3. Serve topped with Quinoa Crunch and fresh fruit of choice!
